CASC requires hotel lodging, direct meal services, and conference rooms in Roanoke, Virginia, for a 3-day training program for approximately 160 estimated people from November 28, 2029, to November 30, 2029. The buyer needs 135 hotel rooms for two nights, a designated registration area with specified equipment, direct meal services, and conference rooms. The hotel location must offer pedestrian access to dining, recreation, and services, and ideally sit off heavily trafficked roads. Only US hotels with on-site conference facilities may bid; third parties and event planners are ineligible.
