Sweat Patch and Hair Drug Testing Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide sweat patch and hair drug testing services in Fort Worth, TX, with performance occurring both onsite and offsite. To fulfill the contract, the vendor delivers comprehensive testing administration and case management, which includes applying and removing testing materials; managing and replacing supplies; collecting, managing, and reporting data; and providing required training and education for agency staff. The contract runs for a one-year period. Eligible vendors must operate onshore within the United States only. The buyer evaluates proposals based on a requested proposal budget. Selected vendors must participate in relevant internal and external proficiency testing programs for confirmation testing, maintain a documented and secure chain of custody from specimen receipt through reporting and retention, and hold adequate professional and general liability insurance with proof provided upon request.
