Priority Based Budgeting Services

The Town of Alberta requires a Canadian vendor to provide priority-based budgeting services to develop and implement a new, highly collaborative budget process. The buyer seeks a process focused on achieving major Town Council priorities and aligning services with residents' needs, rather than using a traditional departmental budgeting approach. The successful vendor must facilitate a comprehensive stakeholder engagement process, assist in prioritizing resource allocation for valuable programs, evaluate services against one another, and develop and support a peer review process involving staff, Council, and external stakeholders. The vendor will perform all work offsite at its own office premises. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and restricts eligibility exclusively to onshore Canadian organizations. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than October 2, 2026.
