Organizational Dispatch and Security Services

The government authority in Waterford, MI requires a USA-based vendor to provide onsite organizational dispatch and security services for one year. The buyer needs the vendor to maintain operations, monitor assets, ensure procedure compliance, and provide security during evening, weekend, and holiday hours. The vendor must independently schedule staff, ensure prompt staff arrival, and utilize communication center supervisory experience. Specific duties include answering emergency after-hours phones, radios, and calls from citizens, law enforcement, or other authorities. The vendor must also record hazardous conditions and exact locations, accurately document customer information, relay calls and call-in requests to on-call supervisors, forepersons, or proper authorities, annotate activities in work order software, and maintain an event log. Staff must comfortably use phones, email, computers, browser-based web services, and fax, and make rapid notifications via phone, radio, or email.
