Holiday Lighting Decor Installation, Maintenance and Removal Services

The city requires a qualified US-based contractor to design, install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting and decor across designated parks, facilities, and public locations for three consecutive winter holiday seasons. The contractor must perform all work onsite, starting installation immediately after Thanksgiving each year. The contractor needs to keep the displays illuminated and maintained through the first week of January, and complete removal within 10 calendar days after the display period ends.
