Transit Bench Advertising Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide revenue-generating transit bench advertising services at bus stops for a five-year contract period. The selected vendor must handle all aspects of exterior advertising sales, including bench design, permitting, installation, bench maintenance, repair, and the removal of benches and individual advertisements. The vendor receives the exclusive right to market and place commercial advertisements on the front surface of all bus bench backrests they maintain within the service area. Unsold spaces must feature graphics indicating advertisement availability. The vendor will obtain, produce, install, maintain, and remove all finished advertising materials. To eligible onshore US organizations, the buyer requires onsite performance of the work and accepts digital responses via email or online. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and sets a deadline for all questions of no later than October 6, 2026.
