The government authority in Iowa requires an onshore, USA-based vendor to provide legal services as outside defense counsel. The selected vendor must support the City’s Legal Department on an as-needed basis regarding Iowa workers’ compensation claims, disputes, and litigation. The scope of work includes claim evaluation, legal advice, litigation, administrative and court representation, and clear, timely updates on matter statuses, strategies, settlement opportunities, and costs. The vendor will perform all work offsite during a one-year contract period. The buyer requests proposals for the project budget. Bidders must submit all questions by October 5, 2026.
