Site Investigations Services

The government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA needs a vendor to provide site investigation services. The buyer requires the vendor to plan and perform site investigations, consultation, groundwater monitoring, and additional environmental services for a one-year contract period. The scope of work includes performing records reviews to identify site owners and operators, reviewing department files regarding past investigations, and assessing the site's physical characteristics, such as surface features, soils, geology, hydrogeology, ecology, and meteorology. Furthermore, the vendor must characterize or classify the site's air, surface water, and groundwater, collect GPS data for each monitoring well, and record the depth of first-encountered groundwater. The buyer limits eligibility to Onshore (USA Only) vendors and requires onsite performance of the work. Vendors may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposals to determine the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 30, 2026.
