Strategic and Technical Planning Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to deliver a strategic and technical planning service. The scope requires a comprehensive five-year strategic planning process, which includes conducting a discovery and current-state assessment by reviewing documentation, interviewing stakeholders, and evaluating strategic, technical, and operational strengths and challenges. Additionally, the vendor must define the vision and future state by establishing user requirements and facilitating decision-making workshops. The vendor must then document a five-year strategic and technical improvement plan, cost estimates, a five-year implementation roadmap, and a budget to support fundraising and decision-making. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. The vendor will perform all work offsite.
