Government Relations and Lobbying Service

The County requires a vendor to provide government relations and lobbying services. The selected contractor must lobby the state legislature to pass bills and amendments favorable to the County while opposing those contrary to its interests. Requested duties include using contacts within the legislative process and negotiating acceptable alternatives for the County. The contract spans a one-year period. To qualify, the bidder must operate onshore within the United States. The vendor will perform the work both onsite and offsite. The County seeks proposal submissions to determine the budget and requires all questions no later than September 29, 2026.
