Airport Site Plan Consultant Services

The buyer seeks a qualified onshore US consultant firm to provide conceptual and marketing-oriented airport site plan consultant services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must prepare updated, accurate site plans, building renderings, development concepts, and professional visual marketing materials for selected airport sites without producing final design or construction drawings. Required scope includes meeting with airport staff, identifying regulatory requirements, reviewing site data, analyzing site constraints, and planning airside elements, access roadways, and parcel limits. The vendor must deliver consistent, high-quality graphics for brochures, websites, and presentations, along with editable source files and a repeatable graphic framework. All performance of the work will occur onsite. Prospective bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the buyer is actively looking for budget proposals.
