Communications and Public Engagement Support Services

The buyer requires on-call, as-needed strategic communications, creative services, public engagement support, and specialized technical assistance. The requested scope includes providing strategic communications consultations to County leadership and staff, crisis and issues communications guidance, public awareness campaign planning and support, community engagement strategy, and advertising and media planning. Vendors must conduct audience research, identify target channels, and develop media placement plans for County review and approval. Performance of the work occurs both onsite and offsite. To qualify, the buyer restricts eligibility to USA organizations (onshore). The buyer seeks proposal submissions for the budget and allows digital responses via email or online.
