The buyer requires homeless response system hub coordinator services. The selected vendor must manage Homeless Service Hubs that handle access, assessment, prioritization, and coordination for the homeless response system. Requested scope includes serving as the community liaison and team lead for system change, engaging new partners, supporting Coordinated Entry projects, and testing strategies to reduce homelessness among priority populations. The vendor must also improve local data quality, implement system design elements via data-driven decision making, and manage reporting tools, data tracking, and a Hub-level data dashboard. Eligibility limits participation to onshore, USA-only organizations, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget.
