The selected vendor must conduct targeted research on cement industry impacts, decarbonization opportunities, state policies, and market conditions. The contractor will interview stakeholders, synthesize insights, coordinate expert peer reviews, and collaborate with the analytics team to integrate quantitative data. Additionally, the vendor must author clear case studies identifying policy, advocacy, investment, regulatory, and industry actions, while aligning with brand and style guidelines alongside the communications team. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations. The vendor will perform all work offsite.
