Belize - Frameworks Develop and Implement Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide framework development and implementation services to strengthen the protection, restoration, sustainable management, and climate resilience of coral reefs, mangroves, and seagrasses. The requested scope includes developing country-specific frameworks, action plans, regulations, and technical guidelines. The selected vendor must strengthen national institutional coordination, governance arrangements, and implementation mechanisms across participating countries. Additionally, the vendor must support the integration of ecosystem-based adaptation, ridge-to-reef management, and climate-resilient approaches into national management processes, while developing practical monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and management frameworks to enhance long-term capacity. Eligibility limits participation exclusively to onshore Belize organizations. Vendors perform all work offsite and can submit responses digitally via email or online.
