The selected vendor delivers workshops and webinars across the buyer's Capacity Building programme and develops awardee strategic plans, Theories of Change, and Value Maps following the buyer's Impact Management Framework. The vendor supports awardees with strategic plan implementation and collaborates with Fund Managers to deliver extra capacity-building supports aligned with Rethink Ireland tools and methodologies. Furthermore, the vendor assumes overall responsibility for quality control, timeline setting, and deadline compliance as dictated by the agency, while providing support, guidance, and training to other consultants. Only Ireland organizations operating onshore qualify for this opportunity. The vendor performs all work offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally through email or online.
