Strategic Planning Services

The buyer requires a Canadian vendor to provide strategic planning services to develop medium- and long-term goals and objectives through 2030. The selected vendor must lead and conduct the work offsite, which includes facilitating in-person and electronic consultations and using evidence and literature to inform activities. The scope of work demands identifying proposed strategic directions for review with a steering committee and the board of directors. Additionally, the vendor must guide and document the development of strategies, key performance indicators, and key success factors to measure progress toward the established goals. The buyer accepts digital responses via email or online and actively seeks proposals for the budget. Only Canadian organizations performing work onshore are eligible for this opportunity. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than October 8, 2026.
