Title IV-E Minor’s Attorney Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide Title IV-E minor’s attorney services to the government authority in Klamath, California. The selected vendor must provide all legal services related to representing minors in Tribal Court upon the transfer of cases. The scope includes engaging in case preparation for minors and non-minors, as well as traveling to court appearances, training, and client meetings. Attorneys must possess knowledge of Title IV-E Foster Care Services, Title IV-E Guardianship Services, and Title IV-E Adoption Services. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations.
