Municipal Advisor Services

The government authority in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a vendor to provide municipal advisor services on all matters associated with agency debt issuance, debt restructuring, debt policies, and debt management. The selected vendor will advise staff verbally, in writing, or through other communications, assist with required filings and disclosures, and participate in preparing official statements and offering documents. The vendor will also accompany staff to meetings when requested by the director of finance and advise on negotiated sales, private placements, or competitive bid sale methods for any type of debt issuance. The buyer limits eligibility to US organizations performing the work offsite. The resulting contract will span a three-year period. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 2, 2026.
