Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Certification Services

The government authority located in St. Louis, MO, needs a vendor to provide Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certification services to support and complement its certification staff. The requested scope requires respondents to handle all elements of the certification evaluation process. Tasks include reviewing local firm eligibility, screening applications, communicating with applicants via Q&A tabs, conducting desk audits and virtual or on-site interviews, and submitting supplemental questionnaires.
