RFI for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Farmers Competitive Grant Program Administrator Service

The government authority in New York requires a vendor to administer a socially and economically disadvantaged farmers competitive grant program. The buyer seeks information from United States-based organizations experienced in working with or representing socially and economically disadvantaged farmers. The administrator must develop a Request for Proposals, conduct promotional and educational activities, and ensure equitable access for interested applicants. Additionally, the administrator must receive, evaluate, and award grant proposals, then draft, execute, and monitor performance and expenditure agreements with awardees. The vendor must facilitate technical assistance, disburse funds upon reviewing progress reports and proof of payment, and deliver periodic progress reports to the Department.
