The government authority located in Maryland seeks a professional consultant to analyze and select benefits plans and providers. The buyer requires a vendor to review and evaluate the effectiveness, strengths, weaknesses, cost-effectiveness, and long-term sustainability of its current health and voluntary benefit offerings. These offerings include health, wellness, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, flexible spending accounts, voluntary plans, and employee assistance programs. Additionally, the selected vendor must assist the buyer in analyzing received proposals and selecting successful vendors. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore, USA organizations only. The vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit proposals with their expected pricing, as the buyer is looking for proposal costs rather than providing a fixed budget. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and they must submit all questions no later than October 6, 2026. The buyer provides no additional evaluation criteria.
