The buyer requires excavated material disposal services in Norfolk, Virginia, under a one-year contract. The scope encompasses the disposal of fill material debris, concrete, and asphalt. Fill material debris includes excess soil, sand, gravel, clay silts, foams, and natural material containing less than 10% trash, litter, organic matter, concrete, and asphalt. Concrete debris may contain reinforcing steel, welded wire fabric, and less than 10% trash, litter, organic matter, and fill material. Asphalt debris may include limited concrete, stone base, soil, and less than 10% trash, litter, organic matter, and fill material. The buyer pays for all three material types on a per-ton basis and requests proposals for the budget. To qualify, bidders must meet onshore United States eligibility requirements and perform the work onsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally online or via email.
