Clinical Laboratory Services

The Indiana Department of Administration, on behalf of the Indiana Veterans’ Home, requests clinical laboratory services for a government authority in Indianapolis, Indiana. The selected vendor must perform the work offsite. The requested scope includes, but is not limited to, chemistry, toxicology, microbiology, hematology, cytology, endocrinology, immune-hematology, immunology, and histology services. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to participate, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. The buyer hosts a pre-bid meeting on September 30, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 7, 2026. The final submission deadline for proposals is October 28, 2026, by 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
