Portrait of Graduate Service

The government authority located in Stamford, CT needs consulting partners to facilitate the development of a districtwide portrait of a graduate. The buyer requires a customized stakeholder engagement and communication plan, broad stakeholder engagement activities, and project management. The scope includes reviewing existing district work, conducting research, designing the process, facilitating portrait development, establishing a portrait-to-practice framework, and launching the final portrait. The selected vendor must articulate the essential knowledge, skills, competencies, and dispositions that public schools believe every student needs for success in college, career, and civic life.
