Videography Documentation Services

The buyer requires a United States-based vendor, such as videographers, filmmakers, or production companies, to deliver offsite videography documentation services. The selected contractor must film interviews and oral histories with Tribal Members, Elders, staff, cultural knowledge holders, and other identified individuals. The contractor must document historical accounts, personal experiences, traditional knowledge, cultural practices, and community stories. Additionally, the vendor must conduct on-location filming of culturally and historically significant places, landscapes, activities, gatherings, and events. The vendor must supply all necessary production equipment, including lighting, audio, and cameras, to record high-quality video and audio suitable for long-term archival preservation.
