Freedom Festival Fireworks Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a custom fireworks display for the Freedom Festival. The requested scope includes delivering a primary 15-minute display or an alternate 20-minute display, maintaining no more than a five-second delay between firings. The vendor must supply a shell inventory that details proposed shell counts by size and type, show segment totals, and overall totals. This inventory must incorporate a variety of special effects shells, such as assorted colors, crackling effects, strobes, whistles, spider webs, saturn rings, comets, chrysanthemums, peonies, multiple breaks, or smiley face and palm tree images. Work performance must occur onsite, and eligibility limits participation to onshore USA organizations. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online.
