PR and Media Consultant Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide public relations and media consultant services. The selected vendor must execute audience and media mapping, maintain a media opportunity calendar, curate media lists, and handle media relations through regular outreach. The scope also includes distributing press releases, developing story and thought leadership content, creating press kits, managing press events, and formulating a crisis communications plan by the end of Month 1 with ongoing crisis support. Only onshore organizations in India are eligible to apply, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 30, 2026.
