World Languages Advisory Teams Facilitation and Framework Implementation Support Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide World Languages Advisory Teams facilitation and framework implementation support services under a multi-year contract. The vendor must plan agendas, facilitate meetings, send Zoom invitations, present content, take notes, summarize feedback, and analyze meeting evaluations. Additionally, the vendor must collaborate with the buyer to develop a programmatic practices manual that includes proficiency outcomes or levels for world language courses. To eligible to bid, vendors must be an onshore, USA-only organization, and performance of the work will take place offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
