Special Magistrate Services

The City of Dunnellon, Florida, requires a vendor to provide special magistrate services for its code enforcement division. The designated special magistrate must conduct public hearings and review draft public hearing agendas for accuracy before publication. Additionally, the magistrate must thoroughly prepare for each public hearing by reviewing the published agenda, relevant provided documents, and all applicable laws, codes, and regulations. Performance of the work will take place offsite. To qualify for this opportunity, the bidder must be a USA-based organization. The buyer seeks proposals to determine the project budget.
