Planning Board Attorney Services

The City of Passaic, New Jersey requires a vendor to provide planning board attorney services. The selected attorney must attend planning board meetings and review, advise on, and perform legal research for matters coming before the board. Specific duties include advising on development applications, proposed capital improvements, redevelopment studies and plans, and zoning and land use amendments. Additionally, the attorney must prepare planning board resolutions and represent the board in litigation if assigned. The buyer requires onsite performance of the work and restricts eligibility to USA-only onshore vendors. Vendors must submit proposals to establish the project budget. The buyer accepts digital submission of responses via email or online.
