Project Administration and Management Services

The City of Port Neches, Texas, seeks a US-based management consultant or firm to provide project administration and management services for Community Development Block Grant projects. For pre-funding, the selected vendor must help the City develop a project scope and complete the grant application. For post-funding, the vendor must manage and complete approved infrastructure projects offsite from their own office premises. Scope requirements include administrative and financial management, recordkeeping, environmental clearance, real property acquisition, site inspections, equal employment opportunity compliance, and labor standards monitoring.
