Main Street Safety Study and Supplemental Planning Services

The buyer requires a vendor to deliver a main street safety study and supplemental planning services in Utah. The requested scope includes conducting a site walking tour or road safety audit, a pedestrian survey, agency workshops, and public or stakeholder outreach to build partner agency and community support. The selected vendor must identify pedestrian crosswalk needs, infrastructure gaps, bulb-out locations, bicycle-appropriate treatments, median needs and impacts, corridor gateway options, and necessary improvements, while evaluating agency effects on congestion and recommending updates to the SAP. Only USA-based organizations qualify for this project, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is seeking proposals to determine the budget.
