The purpose of this Sources Sought is to seek out interested Small Businesses capable of fulfilling this requirement for a new USMC Mascot aboard Marine Corps recruit Depot Parris Island, SC. MCRDPI is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide one (1) Purebred English Bulldog puppy. Description: The contractor shall deliver one English Bulldog puppy: Purebred English Bulldog, registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC). Sex: Female. Age: Between 8 and 16 weeks old at the time of delivery (December 1-15, 2026). Color: White with brown markings. Temperament: shall be of sound and stable temperament Genetic Suitability: the puppy must come from lineage with genetic tolerance to the heat and humidity in Parris Island, South Carolina.
