Sale of Real Estate Properties and Marketing Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide real estate property sales and marketing services for commercial and other real property. The scope includes valuation, listing, setting commercial rental rates, market analyses, strategy recommendation, escrow management, and transaction negotiations subject to city approval. Additionally, the vendor must handle property promotion, coordinate appraisals and closings, consult with stakeholders, and present at public meetings as requested. Only onshore vendors located within the USA are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than October 1, 2026. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget for these offsite and onsite services. The contract term will last for two years.
