Advancing Economic Development Service

The buyer requires advancing economic development services to support entrepreneurs and businesses. The selected vendor must identify systemic, institutional, geographic, policy, and related barriers that affect entrepreneurs' access to financial and business support services, including mentorship, legal or financial advice, and business planning. Additionally, the vendor must conduct virtual interviews with key stakeholders and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations to address the identified challenges. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore are eligible for this opportunity. The vendor will perform the required work offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally through email or online, and the buyer is actively seeking proposals for the project budget.
