Email Communication Services

The College requires a vendor to provide email communication services, contact management, email automation, campaign management, and analytics and reporting. The scope includes creating, editing, formatting, and distributing personalized, branded, and responsive email communications to segmented or large audiences. The solution must support multiple departments by managing distinct contact lists with custom fields, executing automated multi-step campaigns, and providing comprehensive reporting to measure communication effectiveness. Additionally, the vendor must maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the data of multiple departments. Only onshore, USA organizations qualify for this eligibility criteria. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer has not specified a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine cost. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than October 1, 2026.
