Court Attorney and Trainer Services

The buyer in Richmond, Kentucky, seeks court attorney and trainer services for a two-year contract period. Selected attorneys and trainers will act as defense attorneys in mock trials based on student cases. Prior to exercises, the contractors must review students' paperwork and materials. During trials, they will cross-examine students on their testimony and critique their performances regarding submitted materials and courtroom testimony. Contractors must ensure mock trial scenarios and courtroom exercises directly align with classroom material focusing on search and seizure, the penal code, and criminal statutory law. Each attorney and trainer may conduct up to thirteen sessions per fiscal year. The buyer requires offsite work performance. Only USA organizations are eligible to apply.
