Municipal Prosecution and Related Legal Services

The City of Paso Robles needs a vendor to provide municipal prosecution and related legal services. The requested scope includes reviewing citations, police reports, and code enforcement materials, as well as preparing, filing, and prosecuting municipal code misdemeanors, infractions, and specifically assigned state-law misdemeanor matters. The selected vendor must also monitor compliance with diversion or probation conditions, provide and respond to criminal discovery, and fulfill all disclosure obligations. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 08, 2026. Bidders can submit responses either digitally via email or online, or physically by courier or post. The work may be performed onsite or offsite, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget.
