Municipal Prosecution and Related Legal Services

The City of Arroyo Grande requires a vendor to provide municipal prosecution and closely related legal services on an as-needed basis. The selected attorney must review citations, police reports, and code enforcement materials, while also providing limited advice on charging considerations, evidentiary issues, and court procedures. Additionally, the contractor must manage criminal discovery, coordinate with the attorney's office on sensitive legal issues, and represent the city at arraignments, trials, settlement conferences, and other court proceedings. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than October 08, 2026. The contract work will take place through a combination of onsite and offsite performance.
