Beaufort County seeks an onshore United States organization to provide on-call professional services on an as-needed basis for capital improvement projects in Beaufort, South Carolina. The selected vendor must perform work onsite across four primary scopes: planning and pre-design services, architectural and engineering design services, procurement and construction support, and specialized related services. Eligible projects include new construction, renovations, facility assessments, parks, community centers, libraries, public safety and administrative facilities, infrastructure, parking, accessibility, historic preservation, demolition, redevelopment, and emergency assessment or repair-design. The buyer requires architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other engineering disciplines.
