Continuum of Care Planning and Consulting Services

The government authority in Newark, NJ requires a US-based organization to provide onshore, onsite continuum of care planning and consulting services. The selected vendor must support application integration in Continuum of Care (CoC) meetings, provide technical assistance to the CoC lead agency and executive committee, prepare the annual CoC application, coordinate the local project selection process, and monitor CoC funded program performance. Additionally, the scope includes completing Point in Time, Housing Inventory Count, and system performance reporting. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 6, 2026.
