RFI for Material Management Service - Sources Sought

The government authority located in Norfolk, VA requires a vendor to provide non-personal logistics material management services. The buyer seeks a scope of work that encompasses material receipt, material stowage, special material stowage, material transportation, material disposal, and special materials centrally managed stock. The requested services also include real-time reutilization asset management, ashore audit and inventory, customer service, material handling equipment and warehouse equipment, and training alongside phase-in and phase-out operations at ashore locations worldwide. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to onshore USA organizations. The selected vendor will perform the required work offsite. For the budget, the buyer is currently looking for proposals.
