Human Resources-Payroll and Benefits Brokerage Services

The government authority located in Austin, Texas requires a vendor to provide comprehensive integrated or modular human resources, payroll, and benefits brokerage services. The selected vendor must deliver core HR services and compliance, payroll administration, employee benefits brokerage for health and retirement, a performance management system, and a learning management system. Additionally, the vendor must implement, maintain, communicate, and improve group benefit programs while analyzing coverage options and assessing risk exposure. Only onshore vendors located within the USA are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 2, 2026.
