Nation Fire System Inspection and Maintenance Services

The Osage Nation requires a vendor to provide nation fire system inspection and maintenance services for a government authority located in Pawhuska, OK. The requested scope includes visual inspection, functional testing, cleaning, and maintenance for fire alarm control panels, smoke and heat detectors, pull stations, notification appliances, waterflow and tamper switches, modules, batteries, monitoring interfaces, and wiring connections. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Interested vendors must perform the work offsite at their own office premises and submit any questions no later than October 1, 2026. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
