The government authority in Cheyenne, Wyoming, seeks a USA-based vendor to provide National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Program services offsite. The selected vendor must develop and provide a Test Plan detailing test procedures and equipment, verify the third-party API, and confirm that EV users can cancel charge sessions via the charger screen. Additional scope requirements include verifying payment functions, remote charger monitor functions, and that all DCFC ports output 150 kW simultaneously for at least 15 minutes without tripping breakers. The vendor must also verify that all Level 2 ports can output 6 kW simultaneously. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 21, 2026.
