Professional Roofing Maintenance Services

The City of St. Joseph requires professional onsite roofing maintenance services. The contractor must perform complete roof inspections, clean roof debris, broom-clean ponding areas, and clear gutters, downspouts, and drains while notifying the city of below-roof blockages. The scope includes inspecting and repairing field seams, expansion joints, flashings, penetrations, walls, and curbs, alongside re-securing sheet metal, resealing caulk joints, and checking roof edges, abutting areas, rooftop equipment, and building exterior settlement. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit firm fixed prices that remain firm for acceptance for ninety days, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026. Bidders must submit bids containing all requested information and any required bid bond at or before the designated closing time. The buyer evaluates proposals based on the most favorable bid considering price, bidder qualifications and responsibility, the city's best interest, and other relevant factors. City Council approval is required before work can begin.
