The City of Quincy, Illinois requires a qualified master developer to plan, develop, and implement a vision for a riverfront site utilizing the city's Riverfront Plan or Amphitheater Plan. The requested scope includes developing a mixed-use destination that may incorporate an arena, event plaza, or amphitheater, a cruise port dock and parking, mixed-income residential development, hospitality and lodging, public gathering spaces, and commercial retail or restaurant uses.
