Municipal Court Operations Assessment and Consulting Services

The City of Atlantic City seeks qualified firms or individuals to provide professional consulting services to review and evaluate municipal court operations, administrative procedures, workflow, staffing, scheduling, and risk areas. The selected consultant must interview relevant personnel, deliver written findings and recommendations, and supply an implementation roadmap with recommended priorities. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will occur offsite. Bidders must email their quotations to Sean Canning in the Purchasing Department at [email protected] no later than 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Bidders must also submit all questions no later than September 30, 2026. The City requests proposals containing a lump-sum fee for the initial assessment, hourly or daily rates for optional additional services, travel terms, and an anticipated completion timeframe. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, request clarification, negotiate the scope and fee, and select the quotation determined to be in its best interests.
