The Hawaiʻi State Legislature House of Representatives requires a vendor to print, sew, and bind the Journal of the House of Representatives for the Thirty-Third Legislature, Regular Session of 2026 and any 2026 special sessions. The requested scope includes producing 95 copies of the estimated 1,750-page journal, measuring 11 inches high by 8.5 inches wide with a 10-inch by 7-inch type area. The contractor must provide a digi-proof, initial Epson cover proof, and cased cover proof or equal for approval before printing, with all materials transmitted to the contractor by November 13, 2026, and completed journals delivered by February 1, 2027. Onshore USA vendors are eligible to bid, but offerors must designate an employee liaison and demonstrate compliance through Hawaiʻi Compliance Express or paper certification at award time.
